You can access your immunisation records by visiting My Health Record. This is a secure website that gives people in Aotearoa access to their health information – including immunisation records back to 2005, when a central immunisation register began in New Zealand.
You can access My Health Record here. It includes COVID-19 vaccination records.
Records of immunisations given prior to 2005 will only be in Well Child Books or held by your previous or current doctor.
