| A number of countries in Asia are experiencing outbreaks of Bird Flu. The potential for this widespread bird flu to change to a form which could infect people is concerning. So far there is no evidence of human-to-human transmission but world health officials are closely monitoring the situation. No vaccine is available for the bird flu strain of nfluenza.
