About IMAC

The Immunisation Advisory Centre (IMAC) is a nationwide organisation based at The University of Auckland within the School of Population Health.

We provide independent, factual information about immunisation including benefits and risks, not only to parents and caregivers but also to doctors, nurses and other health care professionals.

The information we give is based on international and New Zealand medical research and is supported by a large network of health professionals.

The Immunisation Advisory Centre can help you make decisions for your child's health.

For questions relating to immunisation and vaccination-preventable diseases you can call us free on 0800 IMMUNE (0800 46 68 63), weekdays 9am - 4.30 pm.

Or ask a question by email
