To date, 2022 has been a big year for immunisation. This workshop will be an excellent opportunity to network with your local and national colleagues and share innovations on improving equity. This year we will also be providing our first  ever hybrid workshop, with the first day plenary session to be live streamed for individuals to register and watch (cost and details TBC).

The workshop will be a mixture of plenary presentations and concurrent sessions and there will also be the option to register for a live-stream version of day one of this workshop.

The programme is designed for those working in immunisation from front-line vaccinators, health care workers, immunisation coordinators to DHB portfolio managers. As there are limited face to face places, priority for these places will be given to those working in these positions.
Focus will be on practical aspects of service delivery as well as clinical and technical updates.

Workshop topics will include:

  • Ministry of Health immunisation update

  • International immunisation update

  • Vaccine safety

  • IFNAR1 deficiency

  • Vaccination impact

  • Immunisation challenges and successes

  • Special Groups immunisation programmes, and more….

Draft programme to follow.

Cost: $260 incl. GST. Registration includes drinks & nibbles followed by dinner on Thursday evening.
