This 2-hour course is for qualified pharmacy technicians, or those who are currently enrolled in this training and have completed a min of 6 months of this course, to learn about the storage and preparation of the Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty) vaccine.

It is also suitable for registered nurses and pharmacists (if they are only preparing the vaccine, or they are authorised COVID vaccinators seeking more information about vaccine preparation.

This course takes approximately 2 hours of online study which can be completed at your own pace over multiple sessions if necessary. The course has an assessment component. You must complete an open-book assessment. Your certificate will be made available online upon completion of all course requirements.

Assessment
At the end of the theory lesson, you will complete a short multichoice questionnaire assessment.

• There are 10 questions, and you must get 8 correct to pass.
• If you don't pass the first time, you can try again.
